228221 - Mozilla FB + Mozilla incorrectly display JPG

For some reason, Mozilla and Mozilla Firebird display this
(http://www.msfn.org/images/stay_secure.jpg) JPG incorrectly and blurred.
Looking at it in IE shows a image with a red border, and a white background.
Looking at it in Firebird (or Mozilla Browser) shows a blurred, black image,
with text that is vaguely distinguishable. Although clearly FB doesn't have a
problem displaying the vast majority of JPGs, i have had problems with its
rendering of images in the past.

If you can see the problem in Mozilla, then it's not a Firebird bug.

As this is the fourth separate WFM here, I'll mark the bug WORKSFORME.  If we
can get someone else to reproduce it, perhaps it might be worth looking at, but
with no one able to reproduce it's not likely to be fixed for quite a while.  If
someone else can reproduce this, feel free to reopen it.
