I'm not sure why, but the mail quicksearch isn't working at all for me right
now.  I haven't something typed in, as can be seen in the attachment, but it
isn't filtering.  And if I try to click on the text box to change the search
query, I can't make the caret show up anywhere, the whole word gets selected no
matter how many times I click and no matter where in the text box I click.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Not sure if it's reproducible.  As soon as I close this window and restart
mozilla, I will try again and let you know.

Sure enough, when I restarted Mozilla it started working again.  This was a bit
of an inconvenience.  I had about 10 tabs open at the time.

David, I see this too, with build 2004-12-10-04, Windows XP.  Protocol is IMAP.

No errors in the JS Console.

I'm sure this didn't regress fully in this time period (i.e. it's been working
since 2003-12-11, but broke recently), but I'm not sure exactly when yet.

Now, however, it's almost always broken under IMAP, Windows XP, build 2004-12-13-05.

Stephen, since this bug resolved itself when the browser was restarted, I think
we should WFM it and file a new one (cc me please).
