When in Thunderbird/Options/Attachments/, setting a folder to save attachments
does not keep.  Click OK and return or close Thunderbird and return to
Options/Attachments and the setting is back to Ask Me Where To Save Every
Attachment.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Thunderbird
2.Go to Options
3.Go to Attachments and set folder and click OK.  Return and the setting is not
saved.

Actual Results:  
Setting reverted back to Ask me where to save every attachment.

Expected Results:  
Should have retained the folder where I want attachments saved to.

I was using Thunderbird 0.3 before this and the setting worked.  Is this a
profile problem after the upgrade to 0.4?
