It happens every time I open this message containing 2 attachments. I can't say more as I have no idea what could be the cause. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the email (I don't know if the fact that it comes from IMAP is important) 2. Scroll in it Actual Results: Thunderbird crashes Expected Results: ;)
I cannot attach the email as it weights 770k. I can send it on demand.
Created attachment 137463 [details] An example email This is not the original email which cause Thunderbird to crash. But this one will crash Thunderbird with the same symptoms.
Marecandja, please attach a stack trace generated by this crash. Does it also happen using Mozilla?

(Possibly related to bug 202847?)
I don't get any stack trace, core file, error message, nada! Just Thunderbird closing itself very quickly when I scroll in the email (attached BTW)...
i've got a similar problem, but with Mozilla MailNews nightly build #2004050509: open a new "compose mail" window, write 4 or more To:/Cc: fields, each on its row, so a scrollbar appears; if i try to scroll, mozilla crashes; first time, a talkback was created but I didnt write down the id; can I still find it somehow? i gave my email address when submitting, firstname.lastname@example.org. now, the talkback doesnt start anymore..
