Actual Results: The dropdown box keeps same position. Expected Results: The dropdown box should keep under the Location Bar.
I see this using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6b) Gecko/20031216 Does it belong to XP Apps: Autocomplete?
This appears to be fixed for me. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.6b) Gecko/20031208
Somebody saw this on Linux also, so changing os to All.

WORKAROUND: The Autocomplete Manager extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=2300) includes a bugfix for this.
