Details

When i set values for my proxy server,
the settings take effect after restarting the Mozilla.
Punting from "Architecture" product back to "Browser".

I'm not sure anything can be done to make new proxy settings take effect 
immediately, but if they can't, perhaps some sort of alert is in order?
