Description

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; de-AT; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; de-AT; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007

Pages are invalidated in the history cache when there is no network connection
and you switch from online to offline.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mozilla is in online mode, but the system is not connected to the network.
2. Select a page in the history pane which is in the cache (and would be visible
in offline mode).
3. The "Do you want to connect?" message from the OS pops up. Cancel this.
(maybe you are using a WLAN and have no reception etc.)
4. Set Mozilla to offline mode.
Actual Results:
The page in the history cache is invalidated. It can't be shown without
retransmitting it from the internet.

Expected Results:
Show the page from the cache.
Confirming.
Requests without server response should not invalidate page in the cache.
