Details

While using the 01-08 binaries, I noticed that form elements, particularly
textareas, are out of sync with the rest of a page when scrolling. The form
elements appear to move a split second before the rest of the page's content.
This happened on several different sites, all of which appeared to be using
valid markup for their forms.
