228651 - mozilla starting from version 1.5 ignores the salign attribute in EMBED tag with Macromedia Flash plugin

The salign parameter of the flash plugin is meant to control the position if the 
swf's coordinate system relative to the surrounding html's coordinate system. It 
worked fine in mozilla up to 1.4 but since 1.5 mozilla overlooks it and uses the 
default.

Bug observed on 1.5 on WinXP and 1.6b on Win2k (didn't have a chance to test it 
on Mac or Linux)

To see how it must work you can open the same URL in a +/- recent MSIE, Opera or 
Safari. For a real-life example you can go to http://www.rosneft.ru/english/map/

You may also find useful http://ish.corbina.ru/mozilla15trouble/without_salign.
html - it's equivalent to with_salign.html but without salign 
attribute/parameter :-) and it looks in MSIE etc. exactly as with_salign.html 
does in mozilla 1.5+, which imho proves that salign is the troublemaker.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the submitted URL in mozilla 1.5+ and try resizing mozilla window
2. Open the submitted URL in a recent MSIE, Opera, Safari, try resizing the 
browser window
3. Compare the results :-)

Actual Results:  
The black field doesn't cover all the browser window and is not centered 
correctly so some white margins can be seen.

Expected Results:  
The black field must cover the entire browser window no matter how you resize 
it.
