There is a fly-over menu bar on the nyit.edu web site. With Mozilla, the menu
items can't be accessed because the menu does not appear where it is supposed
to. IE does not have this problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.nyit.edu/
2. Move the mouse over the menu item labeled "ALUMNI"
3. A menu appears on the left edge of the window.
4. Try to select any item on that menu. Once you move the mouse off the word
ALUMNI, the menu disappears.
I think this is Tech Evang. issue

With Mozilla 1.7.2, this bug no longer exists. It's not 100% perfect, though.
When the drop-down menu appears, there is a quick "flash" of white on the left
side of the menu bar. It's like the menu is first drawn on the left side of the
window and then redrawn where it's supposed to be. I consider it a minor visual
glitch, so I want to close this bug.
