I have a large set of changes that are not checked into the 1.6 tree because
they are to high risk / unwanted for moz 1.6 or just need to be re-factored in a
better way (pasting jpeg images) before landing.

This bug has the large patch I apply to all of my release trees before shipping
thunderbird builds for reference sake.
