I created 2 different accounts using valid e-mails dan@pinson.us and
home@pinson.us. The script said the accounts were created and a password would
be sent; but, I never received them. If I try to recreate either account, I'm
told that they already exist which verifies the successful creation. I then
created another account using the e-mail address to which dan@pinson.us is
redirected (dwpinson@comcast.net) and received my password.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new bugzilla account using dan@pinson.us.
Actual Results:  
1. Browser displayed message that dan@pinson.us had been created and password
would be e-mailed.

2. Never received password.

Expected Results:  
e-mailed password to dan@pinson.us
This is specific to bugzilla.mozilla.org, not Bugzilla in general.

Our mail server moved to a new colo a month or so ago, and our new netblock is not in the SPEWS list.

Resolved by changing providers :)
