Before sending a mail, thunderbird checks the text with its embedded dictionary
(english). If you click the button to search for other dictionaries, the window
that pops up is not drawn inside so that it is impossible to do anything!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a mail in a "foreign" language or arrange to type spell mistakes
2. click the send button
3. in the spell checking window click the button to search for other dictionaries

Actual Results:  
The window that pops up has no content so that it is totally useless.

Expected Results:  
draw the window content ?

the default Mozilla client mail isn't installed, IE et al. are installed
please read the releases notes about isntalling dictionaries
