No recognizable or reproducable cause/occurence relationship. Quick Launch sometimes becomes disabled as a result of the occurence. Most frequently occurs when navigating through different activities at e-Bay.com. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.General browsing activity. 2. 3. Actual Results: Approximately 50% of the discrete sessions have the bug occur. Expected Results: Continued to respond to general browsing.
