In this page the central image flashes three times (three horizontal lines)
before it stabilizes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the web page.
2.
3.

Expected Results:
No flicker on this image was expected.
It looks to be caused by that flash ad loading in the middle of the page. And
only if that box ad in the middle is a flash ad.

This might just be a macromedia issue.
Component: Browser-General → Plug-ins
Summary: flicker on web page image → Flash plugin causes flicker on web page image
confirm. it seems to happen either if the top banner is a flash or the middle ad
is a flash but is not consistent between pages. Note both banner and the middle
ad are served from doubleclick, are hosted inside of iframes nested in tables
and can contain simple images or flash. I have examples but haven't figured it
out yet.
