while viewing the source, wrap long lines option doesnt wrap lines without spaces. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. view pages with long continuous lines.
2. you can write a small page with a long line (just fill with -----------...)
3. open view source and check the 'wrap long lines' option

Actual Results:  
wrapping is done only if there is a space in the line.

Expected Results:  
there should not be any horizontal scrollbar when we choose the wrap option.
