in this page http://sn0rkb0x.flatlinesystems.net/~dclarke/textarea.php the text
area should expand to the width of the div as specified by the CSS 'width:
inherit;' this once worked but was broken somewhere along the lines.
a screen shot; http://sn0rkb0x.flatlinesystems.net/~dclarke/busted.jpg shows the
behaviour with an older version and the current behaviour.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use width: inherit; in any textarea's CSS.
Actual Results:
the textarea is rendered to the size of the specified cols/rows, or just default
if they are not present.
Expected Results:
expanded the to fit the parent object.

This was a change made to CSS2.1. If you want the width to fill the container,
use width: 100%. In CSS2.1, you are inheriting 'auto' so you get width:auto.
