Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20030225 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20030225 It seems that bookmarks.html is only written to disk upon application exit. I was running firebird for about a month straight without exiting. It crashed for reasons unknown, and all my bookmark changes were lost. IMHO bookmarks.html should be written to disk more frequently than once per application lifetime. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run mozilla. 2. Make bookmark changes. 3. Kill mozilla in a non-nice way. Actual Results: Bookmark changes were not saved, even if there was a long period of time between steps (2) and (3). Expected Results: Write bookmark changes to disk periodically. I wouldn't describe the problem as "critical", but it does "cause me to lose data". That's why I'm choosing Severty = "Critical".
