228995 - odd resize behaviour in 'Add to bookmarks' dialog

In the 'Add to bookmarks' dialog, the recently included button expands the
dialog box to expose a tree view of the bookmarks. The odd behaviour is that
every press of the button results in a width increase of the dailog box. This
width increase occurs as often as you use the button - reveal the tree, hide it,
repeat. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.CTRL-D
2.Click the small triangle button - 'Show tree view'
3.Click it again

Actual Results:  
The dialog box's width increases with every use of the button

Expected Results:  
There should not be any width increase
