User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/3.1) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7 After running for some interval of time (over a week it seems) Firebird cannot resolve domain or host names, even using my own hosts file. The status bar sits on "resolving foo" indefinitely and does not time out. This happens in new tabs and new windows. I have to close Firebird and re-open it again to be able to continue browsing. The same thing also happens with the Netscape browser. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Firebird 2. Open some tabs in Firebird 3. Load a URL in each tab 4. Keep Firebird running for a week 5. Try to open a new URL in a tab, a new tab, or a new window Actual Results: Firebird sits with "resolving domainname" in the status bar indefinitely, without time-out. Expected Results: loaded the URL or complained that it could not resolve the domain.
