Did you also test on Mozilla, or is this a Firebird bug only? How fast is your computer?
Testcase would be nice. I've had some problems with tooltips on Mozilla, but I usually don't notice.
I can't confirm this so called 'bug' without having clear steps to reproduce. Note that I'm not using a 'bird' but the original. I guess the reporter is complaining about the delay, but..again...without having clear steps to reproduce...
