Tech Support says that they only support Internet Explorer and that is the only browser application that can view the pages. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on URL supplied 2. 3. Actual Results: Got error page stating that only Internet Explorer is supported. Expected Results: Display the pages I received the following reply from Cox Tech Support: The reason for this is because we do not expect customers to purchase additional software such as Netscape in order to browse the Internet. Internet Explorer comes free with Windows, which is why the site is viewable only with Internet Explorer.
