229194 - unable to authenticate/connect to MS Exchange via MS Outlook Web Access

When I try to connect to our MS Exchange server, the authentication window
pops-ups.  I enter my username ([e-mail]) and password (supersecret).
 But instead of viewing the page, the authentication window reappears with the
fields blanked out.

Seems to be similar to this bug:

This same process works in these browsers on Mac OS X 10.2.8 (6R73):
 Mozilla: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.6b)
Gecko/20031208
 Safari: 1.0.1 (v85.6)


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open Firebird 0.7
2.type URL to Outlook Web Access
3.enter in information in authentication window 
4.press OK
Actual Results:  
authentication window disappears and then reappears with the fields blank


Expected Results:  
Display Outlook Web Access pages

I can confirm this in .7 on Win98 - it crashes Firebird on clicking OK. If I log
in w/ IE there is a third field for domain, that does not appear on the Firebird
login.
