Details

when the privacy pref to not load remote images in mail / news is enabled, we should show something.... I just got an email from someone and the email had a <img src="http://..." height=500 width=500> at the beginning. because I had this pref enabled, it looked like an empty email, because while the image didn't load, the 500 x 500 chunk was taken up. maybe when this pref is enabled, we could load a special image (or the broken image resource icon?) to indicate that we aren't loading something. for extra credit, clicking on the image would load it? or there would be tooltip explaining why the image wasn't loading? not sure what would be best.
