Opening an IRC channel from the Bookmarks menu stops whatever is loading in the
browser's current tab.
This happens whether Chatzilla is already open or not.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Chatzilla bookmark 
2. Start loading a long page
3. select the bookmark from the menu


Actual Results:  
the chatzilla window opens
the browser page stops loading

Expected Results:  
opened the chatzilla window
continued loading the page in the background

I think this is a bug with Mozilla, not ChatZilla. Since usually when opening a
bookmark it stops loading the current page and starts loading the new page, but
it also seems to happen with opening ChatZilla bookmarks. This can probably be
fixed, but I don't know if it will be easy.
