We should make xpfe/bootstrap/macbuild/Contents/Info.plist be generated from
xpfe/bootstrap/macbuild/Contents/Info.plist.in so we can use @MOZILLA_VERSION@.
I think this is the last extra place where we need to bump version numbers.

This patch should work (it's just like what browser and mail do). It will be
accompanied by a file copy plus the appropriate placement of MOZILLA_VERSION
where it currently has the version.
Also, I'm tired of the default target in this directory not being all.
