Noticed in a 20031219 build, WinXP Pro: The Message Filters Window is a non-modal window that appears to look like a regular dialog due to its 3D faced look. Per convention amongst Windows apps, it should have: - at least 3px more padding around controls above the status bar - Status bar should not have application main-window style appearance as long as the window looks like a dialog (grey background)... rather the status bar, text notification area and resizer widget should float in grey space.

I don't see anything annoying, or out of place in the existing filters "Window" Suggest Reso to incomplete, I'm sure Ben will not mind. (no testcase or input since 2003)
