229485 - Incorrect account selected in Message Filters Window account menu

20031219 WinXP Tbird build, Message Filters Window:

1) Have more than one account configured in your folder pane, select any account
other than the first/default. 
2) Open the Message Filters window. Note the "Filters for:" listbox at the top,
it shows the name of the currently selected account. 
3) Click the list to open it... 

Expected result - the account shown in the display area of the menulist is what
is selected by default in the popup menu, 

Actual result - the first (default) account in the folder pane is selected.

Ben Goodger, I am unable to reproduce this symptom as reported; but see 
bug 283476.
