Details

The conditions area at the top of the new/edit message filter dialog is very tall. This makes creating new filters more difficult especially with touch pad type mouse interfaces as found on laptops since there is a lot of medium-distance accurate mouse movement required. It might be possible to either shrink the area, or incrementally grow the height of the dialog up to a common and reasonable number of conditions, e.g. 3-5, and then start to scroll the region.
The fix from bug 195224 has addressed this problem.
