The navigation toolbar stopped working some time ago (around 1.4, I think). It's
not even shown when you set to "Show always". The specified page should have
several navigation buttons present, as is shown in Opera (and I'm sure an
earlier version of Mozilla).

I've searched for this bug quite a few times over the last few months and
haven't found anything, so I assume no-one's noticed it yet. And also I have
tested with a beta of Mozilla 1.6, I just don't have it installed as I've found
since 1.5 it's always crashing and there's lots of regressions, so I've gone
back to 1.4.1. So please make sure if this is fixed it makes it into 1.4.2 ;)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure View->Show/Hide->Site Navigation Bar is set to either "Show Always"
or "Show Only As Needed"
2. View specified URL (only if "Show Only As Needed" was selected)

Actual Results:  
No Site Navigation Toolbar appeared

Expected Results:  
Site Navigation Toolbar should have appeared

Sorry I meant _Site_ Navigation Toolbar, not just "Navigation Toolbar".

Hmm it seems to be working now that I've restarted after setting to "Show
always". But it hasn't worked for ages, and didn't work before I restarted.
Could this be some sort of problem on my system only? A bad profile or something?
