When I save page from site where URL doesnot have extention page saving without
extention and dir associated with it allways is '_files'. Ex.: try to save page
from www.nnm.ru or from other size which haven't extention.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.nnm.ru
2. Menu (File -> Save Page As ...) or Ctrl+S
3. Select location and save it.


Actual Results:  
We have file:
  DOWNLOAD SOFT NEW PROGRAMS СКАЧАТЬ НОВЫЕ ПРОГРАММЫ WINDOWS ИГРЫ, MP3, GAMES,
SOFTWARE
  and dir
   _files


Expected Results:  
May be like this:
file:
DOWNLOAD SOFT NEW PROGRAMS СКАЧАТЬ НОВЫЕ ПРОГРАММЫ WINDOWS ИГРЫ, MP3, GAMES,
SOFTWARE.html
and dir:

Part of this is a dup of bug 221899, "when saving web page, not defaulting with
any file extension".
