Need option to force word wrap when viewing plain text files with long lines.

I often come upon plain text files where there are no word wraps at the end of
lines and only at the end of paragraphs. I believe the old Netscape had a
feature under view where you could force it to wrap long lones.
I.E. View->Word Wrap->Enable/Disable
Even better if a third option were available to reformat a document that has
line feeds and paragraphs but the lines are too long.
