When I send an email and the spellchecker checks my emails, it always flags the
beginning word of each sentence as needing to be changed, and suggests the
lower-case version.  It looks like it has become case-sensitive (or at least
case-intolerant on the first letter).

Consistent problem:
Actual behaviour: It tells me that "Is" is not in the dictionary, but "is" is...
Expected behaviour: It shouldn't tell me that "Is" is spelled wrong and should
be "is".
