I have 2 email accounts configured in Thunderbird and sometimes I canot download
new messages (particularly for the 2nd account) until I close/repoen
thunderbird. Intermittent problem - difficult to say what causes it to happen.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Thunderbird for 'a while'
2. New massages stop appearing
3. Closing/Reopening the app fixes the problem (for a While)
