The search form near the top of the page don't render at all, it's only gray
(for all the width of the page, not only the table containing the form).

By scrolling the page back and forth, the form finally appears, but the render
is instable, ie the banners over the forms are moving a bit on the page.

I'm using build 1999082316 (M12 installed by RPM)

Looks fine on 2000-1-4 11:00am build on Linux. The search form rendered,
although it did take a long time even on 500Mhz machine. This is probably due to
excessive reflows related to comboboxes.

Marking as worksforme
With the Jan 20th build, the page renders without problems.
