The list at the right of "Type de bien :" doesn't work. It's a major bug, a
search on the site is impossible, so the site have no interest without this
feature !

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go on the first page : http://www.fnaim.fr
2. Look at the list at the right of "Type de bien :", there is nothing
3. You shouldn't use the site and search in the database

list isn't initialized at startup, clicking on "achat" or another option will
make it appear -> minor
