230043 - Installed with no errors but Broswer does not run

User-Agent:       Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.0.3705; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/1.5b for Open VMS

OpenVMS ver 7.3, Mozilla M1.5b.  Performed install on my Alpha with no erros, 
but when I invoke @[directory]mozilla, the system disks for about 30 seconds 
and then returns to the command prompt without opening a broswer window.

Sys requirements met per the url: 
http://h71000.www7.hp.com/openvms/products/ips/mozilla_relnotes.html

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. @[directory]mozilla
2. returns "Starting MOZILLA-BIN
3. command prompt returns with no open broswer window



Expected Results:  
Open a netscape broswer window for web browsing.

to bad that HP didn't pay the Mozilla OPENVMS maintainer since Mozilla 1.4 :-(
