I find the default paper sizes available to the printing dialog inadequate. It
would be nice if custom sizes could be defined, or if pagination could be
disabled so that mozilla generates a contiguous PS raster. Even if adding paper
sizes were only possible through editing a config or preferences file manually,
this would be invaluable for certain applications.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to print a document that's meant to fit on 8.5x17 paper.

Actual Results:
The document is paginated for Letter, or whatever other predefined paper size
you have selected.

Expected Results:
Mozilla should allow the user to use a custom paper size, or disable pagination
alltogether.

Usage of custom paper sizes is supported on other platforms (Windows) via the
printing subsystem of the operating system.
Custom paper sizes are only supported via the Xprint module (see
http://xprint.mozdev.org/ and http://www.mozilla.org/projects/xprint/), the old
PostScript module doesn't support that.
