Summary: When clic twice in the same TAB, after second one it can shows the previous TAB → When click twice in the same TAB, after second one it can shows the previous TAB
Do you mean double click a tab or two single clicks? If it is the former then this would be a dupe of bug 187586 and a comment on what you would like double click to do. Wouldn't it be easier to just click the tab you want?

E.g.: You opened a new TAB on a automatic refreshable site. At this time the focus is at new one. Then you click on the previus tab to continue your surf. From the time to time you click once on the refresheble site TAB to look if it have something new. If not you just click again where you pointer mouse is and... Mozilla change back focus to you surf TAB. Using Windows Task Bar I do this to follow a long time execute task. I click there to look it and click again to back to previus task.
Summary: When click twice in the same TAB, after second one it can shows the previous TAB → When two single click in the same TAB, after second one it can shows the previous TAB
