230325 - mail filter with "mark as read" not marking as read

Something changed from creature/Moz build 010608 to 010709 that when you have a
message filter that moves to some other folder or deletes the email AND "mark as
read" is set, the moved/deleted email appears as unread.

Before 010608, moved or deleted email with "mark as read" really marked the
message as read.

the message shows up correctly as read for me. It does have the new flag, set,
however, which it shouldn't. Is that what you're seeing?

Attachment: proposed fix

the problem was that we were not initing the flags  in the msg hdr (i.e.,
getting them from the mdb cell) so or'ing the new flag in was crunching the
read flag.

Verifying; mail is correctly marked as Read whether (per bug 192039) the 
destination folder is selected for viewing, or not.
