User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; rv:1.7a) Gecko/20040108
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; rv:1.7a) Gecko/20040108

Don't know how to describe it well...
When I use the build Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; rv:1.7a)
Gecko/20040108 and clicking those there layers in the page, the text would
change the color first and then the other part of it changes color. It is very
ugly:(
However, I don't have problems on the build Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT
5.0; en-US; rv:1.7a) Gecko/20040101 Firebird/0.7+.
It treats well and the whole layers change color as the same time.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
I see identical behavior with a 2004-01-04-08 build and a 2004-01-08-09 build on
Linux (and both look ok).

Sometimes it would work in the recent build, but mostly does not.
I have no problem if z-index: 7 was elminated from the site provided.
