User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i586; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i586; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7 Using FireBird 0.7. I installed the macromedia swf plugin as instructed. Opening any Site with swf objects caues a sudden crash of the browser. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install the macromedia Plug-In swf version 6 as instructed on the macromedia site. 2. Restart browser as instructed 3. Open a Webpage with swf objects. Actual Results: FireBird exits without comment. The same has happend using this plug-in in Mozilla 1.4 and in Konqueror-Browser. A bug report was sent to macromedia and kde.org as well.
If the plugin is crashing with other browsers as well on your machine, it is very unlikely to be a Mozilla problem. Marking invalid, as I do not believe this to be a Mozilla issue.
