230796 - Running Print Preview with no printer installed adds PP toolbar in browser

I have no printer installed, and I tried to Print Preview a page, I got an error
message "An unknown error occurred while printing", i dismiss it and see that
(see screenshot) that there is a new toolbar above the tabs that is the print
preview toolbar. 

I also get the following Javascript error:
Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code:
0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIWebBrowserPrint.printPreviewNumPages]" 
nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)"  location: "JS frame ::

Steps to reproduce:
1. Do no have any printer installed.
2. Print Preview any page
3. Dismiss the error message and see the extra toolbar.

0.8 Branch build 20040102.

Expected Results:
Get an alert saying that I have no printer installed

Actual Results:
I get an alert saying that an error occured plus an extra toolbar in the browser

can confirm with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7a)
Gecko/20040110 Firebird/0.8.0+ (Oxs G7 SSE optimized)

also clicking "Close" button on the new toolbar makes Tab bar dissapear..., and
the print preview bar does npot appear with new windows.
