RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 113406

People

(Reporter: digitalartist, Assigned: sfraser_bugs)

Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.6b) Gecko/20031208
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.6b) Gecko/20031208

was able to display and download the file with explorer

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. cornell has the least accessed site, search on mars
2. attempt to view the large panorama
3.

Actual Results:
page said something like the jpeg image had errors and could not be displayed

Expected Results:
displayed the image and allowed it to be downloaded, I saw another post on OSX
where a wide gif resulted in a blank screen

I would like to view additional panoramas at higher resolutions as the Mars
Rovers progress on their missions. I wish I could do this with Mozilla - I hate
having to use Explorer.
http://www.news.cornell.edu/photos/mspan_2X_final300.jpg (13263723 bytes)
loads OK in
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7a) Gecko/20031219 Firebird/0.7+
I get the problem that Mozilla stops loading the image in the middle
Dup.
