230977 - would like additional window configuration layout option

I would like an additional window configuration layout option: a left pane,
split with the folder list above the message list, and a right pane containing
just the message.  This would allow the user to read mail messages at full height.

The only other layout choice that offers a full height message window is the one
that uses three separate panes side-by-side, but that layout choice is buggy and
unusable and wouldn't be too nice if it worked anyway.

Please search for duplicates before filing bugs.  Using a search string of
'layout' in the Thunderbird product would have shown you that this bug has
already been filed.
