Marking as dependent on bug 23030 -- we need to decide on the final wording for
the menu item before we go about trying to make the dialog title the same as the
menu.
Depends on: 23030
"Find on This Page" is the correct name. Dialog title should match. Please
reassign to correct engineer to implement.

What's going on here? In bug 23030 it's "Find in This Page". Here it's "Find on
This Page"
Removing dependency on bug 23030, which has been decided as `Find in This Page'.
Resummarizing this bug to match.

(I find it disturbing that the same DTD entity isn't being used for both the menu
and the window, actually.)
