When you install the new Mozilla 1.6 it deletes nearly everything except your
settings. You lose your messages (that hurts), your folders and your filters.
This is a really awful problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.6/mozilla-win32-1.6-installer.exe
2. Execute the Installer.
3. You have lost everything (mail related) except settings.

Actual Results:  

You lose your messages, folders and filters.


Expected Results:  

Keep everything as it was, when i update a program i do not wish to start from
zero again (filters and folders) and of course, you can't delete the files from
people (messages), that's bad, really bad.
