User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 On Windows XP Home Ed. with Acrobat Reader 5.0 Installed: Opening any PDF file in Mozilla (e.g. URL listed), then clicking on a Save a Copy button will display the "Save a Copy" dialog box but the dialog box will remain frozen for ~1 minute. When about a minute has passed, it will function normally and saving a copy of the same PDF for the second time will cause no freezes. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open any PDF (e.g. http://typographi.ca/art/articles/Yee%20-%20Overview%20Report.pdf) 2. Click on "Save a Copy" button 3. Try Selecting the folder in the dialog box or moving it around Expected Results: The "Save a Copy" dialog box shold respond instantly when saving a PDF file
Could it be that the displayed PDF is still downloaded in the background? So it may be something like in Bug 167584 and Bug 117893.
Old version, no response. Resolving. Feel free to reopen if you can reproduce the problem with a current Mozilla version AND Adobe Reader/Acrobat version.
