231308 - minimized Folder Pane is restored to a smaller width

And already present in v1.6b (at least).

I'm using Mozilla/MailNews with classic theme, but the layout looks much like
bug 183601 attachment 108863 [details].

I don't have a reproductible testcase, but here is what happens:
1. MailNews works right as long as the folder pane is left opened, to a manually
fixed width.
2. Then, I minimize it to the left; no problem.
3. Then, I restore it; sometimes, it will restore to a smaller (always the same
!?) width.
3a. (I think that it first restores to its correct width, then immediately
reduces it, but I'm not sure.)

Workaround:
*Manually re-expand the folder pane. (untill next time)

This one occured very basicly: (reproductible: sometimes !!?)
1. Started Browser + JS.C;
2. Started MailNews, which auto-downloaded (all) new emails;
3. The folder pane being minimized from the previous session,
   restored it;
R: bug: smaller size !

As one can see, all the incoming messages were moved to other folder(s);
so the Inbox remained empty;
This could rule out any influence of the message being displayed (to: size,
attachment: icon, etc);
then facing a UI code issue only.

Q: I wonder if it reverts to a/its "default" size !?

I reproduced it, on Windows 2000, and SM 2.0a1 trunk :-|
(while testing bug 410914.)
