The about page has the wrong markup. <cite> is for source citation and should be
applied to "PC World Magazine" et. al.. (see
<http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/text.html#edef-CITE>)
<q> should be used for the quotation instead. I'm not sure about <blockquote>, I
think it should be used for long quote only.
Also, "-" should be replaced by — (em-dash)
fantasai, your markup guide
<http://fantasai.inkedblade.net/mozilla/web/guide/markup> has nothing on
<cite>. Maybe add that in?
Also, I think you used <address> wrong in your example, see
<http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/global.html#edef-ADDRESS>

q shouldn't be used for the quotation because of the mess about adding quotation
marks.

My style is no space between em-dash. If you prefer otherwise, change it away.
and one more thing, http://www.mozilla.org/products/mozilla1.x/ uses the proper
markup. Make sure both pages have the same code style.

— is not a valid entity either. It's — or —. — is a
Microsoft-ism.

The markup guide is a bit outdated. I'm overwhelmed with other stuff for these
couple weeks, though, so I won't get around to updating for awhile. But
reminding is good; I need to be poked once in awhile. :)
As for blockquote/citation:
